The storyline has Chesney and Potter as ex's who have gone their separate ways, but still think about each other. The video is set up with shots of the pair having fun on the beach, on a hill overlooking the city, and drinking tequila together. Then, there are shots of them at separate times going back to those locations alone to reminisce about the relationship.
